My readers from outside the United States deserve a very special word of thanks and recognition. Despite the huge cost of postage, you have continued to support my work. When I first researched the costs of shipping a book internationally, my heart sank. I didn’t believe I had a chance of selling anything other than electronic copies beyond my country’s borders.
But the orders have come, even with postage nearly tripling the total cost. Not only that, but some of you have come back for more! I am so deeply flattered that you’ve thought enough of my work to support it like you have.
